Znalazłem taki program do sterowania portem niestety nie umie go odpalic wyskakuja takie błedy :

Pod Turbo Pascalem 7.0 (borland) kompiluje się bez błędu.

w winxp napewno go nieodpalisz bo on cos blokuje porty na bank, znam ten twoj program bo go kiedy mialem, sprawdz pod win98, w nt i 2000 tez nie zadziala

Kompilator pod linuxa i Delphi pod windowsa niemają czegoś takiego jak predefiniowana tablica PORT.. trzeba używać wstawek asma, co pod linuxem niedziała (u mnie),
emj: skompilować a uruchomić to 2 różne rzeczy...
