Sorry za mój błąd w zapytaniu :(
Ja mam TIP147T w małej obudowie,chcę go zastosować w prostowniku 6V/7A.
Choć ma mniejszą moc niż TIP147 w większej obudowie.
Obamają Ic max 10A.
Chcę wiedzieć czy on mi da radę :?:
