Mam pytanko czy idzie gdzies dostac/kupic jakikolwiek uklad dekodera DolbyDigital lub Dolby Surround ProLogic II bez zakupu licencji w DolbyLabolatories (czy jak im tam)? Jak tak to gdzie/jak/za ile?
