Power Metal Strip ® WSBS8518 to nowa seria rezystorów metalowych przeznaczonych do pomiarów dużych prądów w układach zasilających, charakteryzujące się mocą znamionową 36W. Są to układy typu SMD (rozmiar obudowy 8518) o indukcyjności własnej mniejszej niż 5 nH oraz współczynnikiem EMF mniejszym od 3mV/°C. Zakres oporności wynosi od 1 m? do 500 m?. Warto dodać, że owe rezystory mogą przewodzić prądy o natężeniu sięgającym aż 600A. Ponadto mogą pracować w otoczeniu o zakresie temperaturowym od -65°C do 275°C.
