regulator obrotow silnika ..

Witam, jak wykonac najprostszy regulator obrotów do silnika w samolocie na zdalne sterowanie .. silnik zasilany jest z około 11V, narazie nie wiem ile pobiera prądu, ale jutro się dowiem .. zna ktoś może jakiś wzór na dobór potencjometru ??, jaki tranzystor zastosować, najlepiej, żeby to dziłało bez radiatora ..
