HP OfficeJet G85
Problem z OfficeJet G85 polega na nie rozpoznawaniu
przez system urządzenia USB .
tzn po podłączeniu xp melduje że ma podłączone nieznane urządzenie USB
i nie instaluje do tego wynalazku sterowników.
Może ktoś ma jakiś pomysł co dalej ??

Witam
Pomysłów jest wiele, i to bardzo prostych. Spróbuj na innym porcie
USB, na innym kablu, na innym kompie....:))

to na początek

Poza tym sprawdź czy tego urządzenia nie instaluje się przez setup.exe z dostarczonego softu, a nie automagicznie przez "add printer" (czyli RTFM, jeśli wiesz co to znaczy)

problem nie polega na sterownikach !!
ale na uszkodzeniu sprzętu
po lpt - instaluje sterowniki , ale jest nie dostępny
