Witam !

Powie mi ktoś, skąd w tym wzorze :

Transkonduktancja tranzystora MOSFET

wzięło się 2*√k*√Id ?

Wiem, że druga część wzoru na gm wzięła się z różniczkowania wzoru na Id, ale skąd oni wzięli dalszą część ? Próbowałem tak :

Transkonduktancja tranzystora MOSFET

Jednak to nie jest to samo co w książkowym wzorze :( co robię nie tak ?
