Zamiennik tranzystora PQ1CF1
Witam.
Poszukuję zamiennika lub oryginału tranzystora Sharp PQ1CF1.
Dokumentacji technicznej nie brakuje w sieci lecz samego elementu nie mogę znaleĽć do kupna.
Tranzystor pracował w zasilaczu monitora komputerowego HP.

maja jaki¶ wpływ na układ czy różnice w jego działaniu ? obydwa s± Sharp.
