Witam

Jeśli chodzi o maszynę to odpowiednik Ricoh FT 4490.
A co do kodu to podejrzewam coś ze skanerem. Niestety w tej chwili nie mam dostępu do serwisówki ale sprawdź od FT 4480

W serwisówce do FT 4490 napisali:
24 NO SCANNER HOME POSITION SIGNAL

- Possible Causes - l Scanner does not return to home position within 20 seconds after scanner start. l Optics control circuit failure. l Scanner home position sensor failure.
