Auto jeździło na przepływomierzu "MTM" i problem był taki, że na IV i V biegu (przy większym obciążeniu), zaświecała się kontrolka MIL i silnik na chwilę tracił moc, nie dało się przekroczyć 4000-4200rpm.
Obecnie testów na drodze nie było, ale jest oryginalny przepływomierz, natomiast zastanawia mnie zachowanie EGR. Po przegazowaniu, przez ok 1 minutę, EGR Pulse Ratio jest ok 25% (i słychać prace elektrozaworu), po tym czasie EGR Pulse Ratio spada do 1% i zawór milknie. Gdy zawór EGR jest wysterowany w tych 25% to przepływomierz wykazuje ok 360mg/suw, ale kiedy wysterowanie EGR spadnie do 1% to wskazania przepływomierza wzrastają do ok 520mg/suw. Ponadto wykonałem 2 próby - w jednej odpiąłem podciśnienie od siłownika zaworu EGR i wtedy przepływomierz pokazał ok 475mg/suw a następnie go zapiąłem "na krótko" pod podciśnienie i wtedy przepływomierz pokazał ok 240mg/suw.
"Wysterownie" klap wirowych nie dawała żadnych różnic na przepływomierzu.
