Spróbuj tego: 1. Verify that the unit is switched on. 2. Open printer and remove both cartridges. 3. If the power cord is removeable, unplug it from the printer. (not from the outlet). If it isn't just unplug it from the wall outlet. 4. Wait 30 seconds. 5. Plug the power cord back into the printer. 6. Open the top cover and reinsert both cartridges. 7. Turn the unit on. 8. Witajcie Mam Maly Problem Co Do tej drukarki a dokladnie skanera Wyskakuje blad drukarki gdy ja zalaczam jest blad 5011.
Otwierajac Klape Z Skanera Zauwazylem ze jak sie zalacza a wiązka swiatla co skanuje cale to skacze wydaje dziwne dzwieki.Nie wiem co robic pomocy !!!
