Audi A3 - 8P0 920 930 C - Problem With Connect.
I have a problem with a dashboard of Audi A3 8P0 920 930 C. I'm trying to power on the table but I can not. Makes the entire attempt to turn on but does not ignite.
I have also plugged the getaway the CAN propulsion and direct line of the getaway. If I keep the button on the left. Just get that light up the two small screens.

PINOUT:

MASE - 3, 4 , 19 , 28
Pin 29 - PIn 18 Getaway
Pin 5 - Pin 13 Getaway
Pin 30 - Pin 8 Getaway
This car has a problem that the dash does not work. Do not make the needles and no engine warning light. So I have a getaway in the table frame and engine ecu. To check that everything is properly and fix the problem. But now not turn on the central screen and no witness in the dashboard.
I missing something? I hope your help. Thank you.

The dash will not power on with just the gateway connected.
You will also need the Bordnetz-Steuergerät (Central Electric) otherwise you will not get the ignition status via CAN and the dash will be powered off.

same problem as I had two weeks before
As Executer told me too, it won´t power up properly without the J519. This sends a CAN message for wake up and then it works normally like you turn the ignition on in your car. The problem is, that these dashs have no 15 (switched +), they get this information only over CAN. Do you have something like a CAN logger/sniffer with which you could send a CAN message on the bus?
J519 or a CAN-message (ID:575 DLC:2 DATA: 07 00 every 200ms for powerup!)
Concerning the wiring, I did it the following way:
Gateway plug is T20, dash plug is T32, OBD means OBD plug for a interface for sure
Connection Gateway to dash and OBD diagnosis plug:
T20/18 --> T32/29 ; T20/8 --> T32/30 ; T20/13 --> T32/5 ; T20/19 --> OBD6 ; T20/9 --> OBD14
voltage supply for Gateway and dash:
T20/1 and 2 are +(30) ; T20/14 is +(15) and T20/11 and 12 are ground.
T32/1 and 2 and 18 are +(30) and T32/3 and 4 and 19 and 28 are ground.
OBD plug has + on 16 and ground on 4 and 5.
Hope this helps!
