Your problem is with dryer or spinnig? I couldn't find switch SDE on this schematic (Whirlpool AWG338), only SDP- spin-dry potentiometer.
If you want dry (after washing, rinsing and spinning), one should turn a button ½ on.
I have told you it is similar, not the same. There are some changes in schematics. In line between IE6(LWS) and Z1 there is one pair of contacts
NC5/NC4 of button SDE, and MP1/MP2 is between 16 and line
DPM, RF, 8 and 6.
