    Good day!
I have a Rover 214i 1.4 75 (5D) in 1999 rs. In 2012, bought in Russia. Problem: Why is the fuel consumption of 15 liters per 100 km (in any cycle ride) ... replace the wire explosives, slider, candles, fuel filter, air filter, cover tramblera, sensor coolant temperature, lambda sensor, injectors cleaned (not pour spray is) ..
What could be the reason? or tell me who to turn to for help?

Have you made any computer dignostics of your engine? And I don't mean just reading the error codes, but real time checking all the parameters of working engine like lambda factor, MAP sensor readings, temperatures etc.
You need to find a workshop which has a proper diagnostics tester and some knowledge about Rover cars of course.
Such blind replacing of parts it's not a good way of repair ;)

Thank you! Diagnosis can not do it ..tk done in Moscow or St. Petersburg, and to these cities about 2000 km ... in our village there are no specialists who would understand this ... I can say for sure that the lambda probe, plugs, wires, timer , slider, coolant temperature - new, Compression 4 tselinrah to 13 atm. Injectors cleaned in ultrasound equipment firms Launch
at a pressure of 2.8 atm-not dripping, spraying good ..... sensor idling - disassemble and clean -Works fine, throttle sensor also rabochiy..holostye speed of 850 ... Warming up the engine starts from 1100 to about 850..Podsosa air intake manifold - not .... The only question I have for the MAP sensor (sensor obsolyutno pressure) sensor and the intake vozduha.- as they test the ability? And if they can affect the fuel consumption? What else can affect the flow
+ When switch 1 and 2 assists machine dergaetsya..eto at speeds from 1500 to 2500.

Yes, but it will be rather difficult to check MAP sensor without diagnosic equipment.
By the way check all vacum lines if there is no any leak.

Thank you! Be sure to check it out. I am a programmer - have plug OBD-II, using a prompt applets can be read via the MEMS 1.9 OBD-II and where to download it, and + whether my car to install a mini-board computer (the name and where to buy).

Regarding the OBD software I can't help you, it's not my specialization.
But I'll tell you one thing. When I was looking the software for old, non-OBD Mercedes, one of the best software (HFMscan) was made in Russia, so I would take a look on russian forums ;)
