    17MB82 core update via USB
    Procedure:
    1. Copy firmware update files (upgrade_loader.pkg) onto the root directory of a USB stick (FAT32 formatted).
    2. Switch off the set.
    3. Insert USB stick into the slot.
    4. Press and hold OK button on RC while switching on the set.
    5. After a few seconds release the OK button.
    6. Wait until the Standby LED stops flashing and the set starts-up.

Thank you, jean0791, for your help. I did everything in your message. But, unfortunately, this method does not work for me. I willing to get a ".bin " file and reprogramme the unit U12. I have CH341A programmer for it. Could you give me a right BIN file for this job, please? Thank you very much in advance.
    Antas.

Thank you guys (tvtodorov and jean0791) for your help. My board is slightly different (without the power board). It's on 12 vol. power. See picture. It will be OK if I flash EEPROM with this file?

    Sure, it should work
Saves the contents of the old memories

Edit: Have you tried another power supply?

Unfortunately, board not working after I flashed U12 and U10. First I flashed U12-board not working. After this, I flashed U10-board still not working and the light not blinking. Now the light not working at all. Looks like board dead. But... The power exists on the board when the power cable connected. There is 12v, 5.1v and 3.3v. on the board. There is 3.3v on units U12 and U10a. Power on button 3.3v. IR sensor has its 3.3v and 5v. Coils 5.1v and 3.3v... Any ideas?

PS.: Could be a problem that the "bin" files I used are from 220v board? My board uses 12v only...

Thank you, tvtodorov, for your help. I did everything 100% like in your post, but the board still not working. I downloaded the file from the forum you link me (remont-aud) There are two mans only downloaded (Antas (it's me) and another). So, I flashed U12 - board not working. After this I flashed U10 - board still not working. Sure I have old "bin" saved on my PC. Is there any difference in flash that my board is on 12 volts only? Maybe I need flash file for 12volts board?
    What do you think?

    Hi,
I have had similiar issue some time ago with tv brand i can't remember of actually, but at first glace at the picture it looks like the same PCB (Vestel 17mb82).
First of all, there is UART capability in scart connector, so you can connect your PC and see what is really happening.
Next, best way to do is replace both flash chips - 25q64 is the critical part.
Luckily, in my case i found .bin that fits (TV 32').
BUT after replacing reprogrammed chip you need to reflash TV from USB stick with right firmware.
    Good luck!

Can you guys tell me, please is any different in flash file between 220v board and 12v board? My board is 12v (without the power board connected)

What happens when you return the bin file from your MB?
I hope you saved your U10 and U12.

Yes, I saved old bin U10 and U12. When I back them to MB again - all still the same. Board still not working.

I'm very sorry for confusing, you guys. I find the mistake I did myself. When I was taking out U12 for reprogramming, I touch the resistor beside U12 (marked in the photo) and it became connected horizontally (to pin8 of U12). Really it has to be connected vertically (beside the capacitor). When I back the resistor to its right place, the board became working. Now everything working as should.
I am very grateful to all of you guys who helped me with this problem.
