Asus x202e - Laptop bardzo wolno chodzi - i to nie wina OS

    Witam.

    Na kompie mam zainstalowane świeże Lubuntu 18.04 (instalacja Windows 8 nawet nie chce wystartować). Komputer bardzo wolno chodzi - trzeba kilka sekund poczekać na przewinięcie tekstu w Writerze, o przeglądaniu stron w Firefoxie nie wspomnę.

    Komputer sprawdzałem programem memtest86 (brak błędów pamięci) oraz mhdd:

    Na początku podejrzewałem problem z dyskiem, jednak po teście mhdd wydaje mi się, że dysk jest OK (o ile można tak powiedzieć o dysku, który ma ~5 lat).

    I teraz moje pytanie, co może być jeszcze uszkodzone w komputerze, i jak mogę to sprawdzić. Czy może po prostu komputer jest już stary i nie nadąża za epoką.

    Zastanawiałem się jeszcze nad wymianą dysku na SSD.

    Z góry dziękuję za porady.

    U mnie siedzi Pentum 987 o częstotliwości 1,5 GHz i wygląda na to, że pracuje z tą częstotliwością. Szkoda, że to nie dysk, bo naprawa by była najprostsza

    poprawić chłodzenie i powinien zacząć lepiej chodzić?

    Nie słychać.

    Do jakiej plus minus temperatury procesor powinien pracować stablinie?

    Wentylator chodzi. Dziwne, że jest problem z chłodzeniem, bo ostatnio dawałem komputer znajomemu, żeby mi odciął dotyk od komputera i przy okazji przeczyścił wnętrze i wymienił pastę na procesorze

    Obciąż go czymś i wtedy podaj odczyt temperatury. Bo to podałeś z IDLa a już prawie 90C jak dobrze odczytałem.

    W takich paździerzach to chłodzenie jesta tak dobre jak sam CPU - ostatnio co ja to widziłem to była blaszka służaca za obudowe wentylatora bez żadnych finów.

    Może być słaba pasta lub jej za dużo lub styk za słaby i taki wynik końcowy tragiczny.

    A co win8 nie było tak że nie startował?

    Windows 7 próbowałeś zainstalować? Czemu 8 nie chce wystartować, nie botuje płyta, pendrive? Procek do kitu to fakt ale aż tak źle nie może być, prędzej to wina linuksa.
