"Welcome to Seagate Support, my name is Iakovos and it is my pleasure to assist you today with your . Please know that it is my goal to make you a very satisfied customer. Our supported languages are the following:

Russian
We used Google Translate to assist you better and it looks like your drive is no longer detected. You tried disk management and the drive there appears uninitialized and without a letter assigned to it and when you tried to initialize you got a CRC data error. You also need to access your data on the drive.
Is the above correct? Can you please confirm?
Firstly let me thank you for taking the time to do troubleshooting yourself and come back to us with the results, this really helps us identify the problem quickly and easily. Moreover your inclusion of screenshots is a nice touch that provides a lot of information very quickly, I appreciate you taking the time to do that.
Regarding your drive let's run some diagnostics to the check it's health. To do so please download and install Seatools at
https://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/seatools/
Once the installation is over please open Seatools, select the drive you want to scan and run the scans bellow which are found under the Basic Test Options
1. SMART Check
2. Short DST
3. Short Generic
4. Long Generic
Be advised that Long Generic test can take quite long, especially if the drive is otherwise active. Once the tests are complete please reply to this e-mail with screenshots of the results.
If any problems are detected you can try using the Fix All option under Basic Test Options but be informed that this option can damage your data so only use it if you have a backup of your data.
Should you encounter errors please try using the windows repair disk utility to see if we can fix this problem to do so please do the following.
Press the Windows key to open the Start Menu.
1. Select Search.
2. Type-in cmd.
3. Right-click on Command Prompt from the search results list.
4. Click Run as administrator.
5. Log in as an Administrator if needed.
6. When Command Prompt launches, type the command: chkdsk C: /f /r /x. Where "C" is the drive letter you assigned.
If you weren't able to assign a letter please do the following
1. Press the Windows key to open the Start Menu.
2. Select Search.
3. Type-in cmd.
4. Right-click on Command Prompt from the search results list.
5. Click Run as administrator.
6. Log in as an Administrator if needed.
7. When Command Prompt launches type the command "mountvol"
8. This will list all volumes on the system and provide the GUID.
9. Every volume will have the assigned letter just under it. For the drive that has no letter you will see the message *** NO MOUNT POINTS***
10. Run check disk by typing the command: chkdsk "NameOfVolume" /f /r /x , where name of volume is the name of the volume with no mount points (looks like this : //?/Volume{f32fgg4g-4g44-3343-4636f4g55} )
11. Notes: Do include the "" in your command. You can copy paste the name of the volume with ctrl+C and ctrl+V but make sure the volume name ends with } and not }/ , the / is not needed. See example bellow
12. >chkdsk "//?/Volume{f32fgg4g-4g44-3343-4636f4g55}" /f /r/ /x
I hope the above has been clear and helpful but if not please do not hesitate to get back to us.
