  • Amysen YX-WS01, FCC ID 2AOT8-WS01, moduł YX-X3-T71C-VER03, chip TG7100C (klon BL602)

    Kupiłem je w listopadzie 2022 r. za pośrednictwem Amazon.com w USA, mając nadzieję, że nadają się do cięcia w chmurze, ale po otwarciu szybko się zniechęciłem – chipset nie był ani ESP8266, ani BK7321… i próbowałem go zdobyć aby przejść do trybu AP, ale nie ma tam radości. Po bliższym zbadaniu odkryłem, że chip w module Wi-Fi był oznaczony jako „ TG7100C „.

    (Należy pamiętać, że co najmniej pięciu różnych dostawców (Esicoo, Ecoey, Amysen, Tuya, Unbranded itp.) sprzedało inteligentne wtyczki oznaczone YX-WS01, ale zarówno oprogramowanie sprzętowe, jak i chipset zmieniały się na przestrzeni lat. Oryginalną wersję można było łatwo przekształcić w Tasmota i/lub Tuya, potem pewne blokady z powodu zmian w oprogramowaniu, a potem nastąpiła zmiana chipsetu.

    Dziwne jest to, że wyświetliło się jako 192.168.169.1, a nie oczekiwane 192.168.4.1. Nie jestem pewien, dlaczego tak było.

    Pytanie: O ile lepszy jest CH340G w porównaniu ze starszym FTDI ttl-232r-3v3?

    Czy w przypadku CH340G potrzebuję oddzielnego zasilacza do zasilania płyty napięciem 3,3 V prądu stałego? Jeśli tak, czy jest to zasilacz wysokiej jakości?

    Obecnie próbuję sflashować następny TG7100C, gdy jest on jeszcze na płycie głównej (zamiast go usuwać), używając urządzenia szeregowego FDTI, które działa dobrze przez 12 lat. Myślałem, że może jest słaby, ale próbowałem innego FTDI (nowszego) z tą samą awarią. Z drugiej strony wiem, że musi działać mniej więcej OK, ponieważ flashowałem Sonoff S40 (inny, ponieważ jego moduł ma wejście 5VDC do zasilania płytki).

    Płyta TG100C, której używam, NIE ma podkładki wejściowej 5VDC, więc nie mogę jej traktować jak BL602 Sonoffa

    Powiedziałbym, że musisz albo użyć zewnętrznego regulatora LDO 3,3 V, albo płyty wyposażonej w taki regulator LDO, jeśli na Twojej płycie nie ma regulatora LDO podobnego do AMS1117-3.3, to nie będzie działać.

    Na przykład ta tablica:

    Z drugiej strony płyta Arduino lub płyta NodeMCU ma dobre dostępne źródło 3,3 V, więc jeśli używasz go z MCU ustawionym w stanie RESET, możesz w ten sposób flashować BK

    OK, chyba zaczynam dostrzegać różnicę w zachowaniu tych urządzeń Amysena w porównaniu z Sonoffem S40. Kiedy włączałem Sonoff S40 za pomocą zasilacza, słychać było mocne kliknięcie, a diody LED świeciły ostro. W urządzeniach Amysen ten sam lub lepszy zasilacz daje jedynie delikatne kliknięcie, a dioda LED miga, a następnie zapala się. Obydwa są zachowaniami modułów, które są nadal zainstalowane na płycie głównej, a nie usunięte.

    Intuicyjnie podpowiadam, że urządzenia Amysena pobierają znacznie więcej prądu niż Sonoff i potrzebuję mocniejszego zasilacza.

    Nie było problemu z flashowaniem modułu Amysena po wyjęciu z płytki, ale naprawdę nie chciałbym tego robić cały czas. (To sporo czasu, żeby to rozebrać...).

    @p.kaczmarek2, czy częstym problemem jest to, że moduły są trudniejsze do flashowania po zainstalowaniu na płycie głównej niż po wyjęciu?

    @davidcpurdy Zwykle wylutowuję moduły z płyty głównej w celu flashowania, zawsze jest to dobra praktyka. Czasami pojemność na płycie głównej jest tak duża, że podłączenie zasilania bezpośrednio z USB (5V) do wbudowanego LDO powoduje przeciążenie portu USB (jest limit 500mA) i reset sterownika USB, co zrywa połączenie. Dotyczy to oczywiście tylko BK7231, ponieważ BK7231 wymaga wyłączenia i włączenia zasilania tuż przed flashowaniem.
    W przypadku BL602 nie jestem pewien, jak może to wpłynąć na flashowanie, nie flashowałem zbyt wielu urządzeń BL602, są one bardzo rzadkie. Mimo to dobrze jest upewnić się, że możesz zapewnić wystarczającą ilość prądu dla swojej płyty.

    Wspomniany konwerter buck obsługuje prąd wyjściowy 3A, czyli znacznie więcej, niż może wymagać jakikolwiek moduł Wi-Fi Tuya. To powinno zadziałać, chociaż zawsze dla pewności umieściłbym kondensator odsprzęgający w module Wi-Fi VDD i postępowałem zgodnie z ogólnymi wytycznymi producenta.

    OK, sprawdzam tylko swój zdrowy rozsądek... Wylutowanie/demontaż przewodów wtykowych z płyty, aby uzyskać dostęp do złączy lutowanych modułu Wi-Fi, jest uciążliwe, ale zaletą jest to, że flashowanie usuniętego modułu Wi-Fi jest super niezawodne w przypadku konwerter buck, o którym wspomniałem. Zabłysło przy pierwszej próbie.

    Warto zauważyć, że musiałem połączyć przewody uziemiające (PSU i TTL-232R-3V3), aby komputer uruchomił się prawidłowo, w przeciwnym razie znajdowałby się w pętli rozruchowej. Detale:

    WSKAZÓWKA: Jeśli nie widzisz początkowych informacji o rozruchu w AliOS i komunikatów diagnostycznych z oryginalnego oprogramowania w oknie dziennika UART, to NIE będzie działać. Nigdy nie byłem w stanie ich zobaczyć (prawidłowe wyjście z połączenia UART), gdy moduł Wi-Fi był podłączony do płyty głównej - zauważ, że używany był FTDI TTL-232R-3V3.

    W tej chwili ostatnia inteligentna wtyczka Amysen nie jest włączona, więc mogę wypróbować niezdemontowaną lampę błyskową za pomocą CH340G. Gdy wypróbuję to z innym adapterem USB-Serial, wyślę ponownie, aby wypełnić to puste miejsce.

    Demontaż wtyczki nie jest całkowitą przeszkodą. Ale zdecydowanie lepiej jest zdjąć pokrywę, przylutować do łatwo dostępnych podkładek UART, a następnie flashować, niż rozebrać ją na płytkę modułu Wi-Fi.

    Nie byłem w stanie flashować na pokładzie z adapterem FTDI, ale byłem w stanie z CH340g.

    Nie jestem pewien, jaki jest tego powód, ale lata temu czytałem, że CH340g jest w jakiś sposób bardziej stabilny. Jeśli dobrze pamiętam, odnosiło się to do flashowania chipów ESP8266.

    Następnie.... YX-WS01, który udało mi się sflashować na pokładzie, zawiódł około dzień później. Nie jestem pewien, w czym tkwił problem.

    Nie byłem w stanie powtórzyć tego z dwoma innymi wtyczkami, które znalazłem - nie chciały migać, gdy znajdowały się na płycie głównej - musiałem je usunąć i sflashować, ale działają dobrze.
