Tworzenie i usuwanie wartości DWORD w rejestrze Windows przez plik .reg

Mam problem
jak stworzyć wartość DWORD i jak uaktywnić funkcje
Czy moze ktoś podać treść pliku o rozszerzeniu .reg który wpisuje do

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Explorer] nową wartość DWORD o nazwie NoRun o wartości 1

I jak usunąć wpisy z rejestru za pomocą pliku o rozszerzeniu .reg

Dodaj ręcznie w rejestrze i wyeksportuj do pliku .reg

Plik .reg powinien mieć następującą zawartość:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoRun"=dword:00000001

Niestety nie mogę sprawdzić bo nie posiadam, ale pamientam, że w Win9X można było odpalić regedit z parametrem i wtedy albo rejestrował, albo usuwał zawartość pliku reg z rejestru.

Regedit.exe imports and exports registry files to and from the registry.
REGEDIT [/L:system] [/R:user] filename1
REGEDIT [/L:system] [/R:user] /C filename2
REGEDIT [/L:system] [/R:user] /E filename3 [regpath1]
REGEDIT [/L:system] [/R:user] /D regpath2

/L:system Specifies the location of the SYSTEM.DAT file.
/R:user Specifies the location of the USER.DAT file.
filename1 Specifies the file(s) to import into the registry.
/C filename2 Specifies the file to create the registry from.
/E filename3 Specifies the file to export the registry to.
regpath1 Specifies the starting registry key to export from.
(Defaults to exporting the entire registry).
/D regpath2 Specifies the registry key to delete.
