* VGA is an analogue signal. VGA TVs philips do not understand a signal (exceptions see in the previous answer).
* On HDMI VGA to submit it is absolutely useless - with HDMI the TV will understand only a digital signal
* VGA-3xRCA YUV - this variant will pass only in the event that the video card driver can submit on VGA a socket componental or RGB a signal. Usual VGA the TV will not understand a signal.
