Technica Multi-function Speaker Phone - Jak zapisać numery bez baterii?

I have never come across Technica phone so it will be difficult to give you accurate information.
Nevertheless, regarding your phone description, I can guess that it is a cord phone which is powered by phone line.
In such types of phones, in order to memorize (program) phone numbers, a receiver must be upraised, so:

1. pick the receiver up
2. press STORE button / key (or PROGRAM, AUTO, MEM etc.)
3. enter the phone number you want to save in the phone memory
4. press STORE once again
5. now you have to assign a number (memory address), for instance 1 or 01 etc., to the phone number you entered before
6. put down the receiver

When you want to call a number you saved in the phone memory, pick up the receiver, press MEM button / key and choose the assigned number (for example 1 or 01).
Nowadays, most of the phones are produced in China and they are based on the same ICs (Integrated Circuits). Their systems and structure are very similar, so programming should be more or less the same. If my advice on programming wasn’t sufficient and doesn’t bring you to success, try to find phones user-guides on the Internet. We have, on our forum, a lot of user-guides / manuals to different types of phones, but unfortunately they are only in Polish. The problem is to find a phone model similar to yours. It would be easier if you described function buttons / keys in your phone and gave the symbol / sign of the IC which is responsible for dialing the number (e.g. EM 91415 etc.).
