Problem is probably in the main switch on electronic modul (on picture in red circle), he stays in closed position because of melting plastic he's made of, thats way you cant reset in position "0", you must unplug mashine to reset. You can make the bridge over the bad contact (the other one-contact is usualy good then you will be capable to reset) or if you are lucky to find other modul where the switch is ok to use that one (switch).
