JVC LT-Z26S2 - Błędna pozycja menu i czerwony ekran, EEPROM czy panel?

hello
what this fault please see photo
i think it is the panel i read in russia forum in similar case thy open the panel and clean it
any body did this before or have document or link about this the panel not scratch or cracked
or this is dangerous to do
but there is another problem main menu not in correct place and red
and osd in menu is black can.t see any thing
i think it is eeprom fault
need to know if im right or not
and need to adjust osd and menu Position
anybody have dump for eeprom
or this fault software in flash memory
or whatttttttttttttttttttttttttt
hope some one have experience with this problem need help with any information

You must change brokendown display, probable is display AUO or Chungwa.

It is effect low qualitative products AUO and Chungwa LCD displays. You must write typ LCD display in this TV JVC, probably typ T260WX01.

Is only one solution change display panel. T260XWX1 resolution is 1280X768.

this is the result of working on this tv to help any body face it
it is panel fault and can not repairable
i made sure from another set i tried all boards no way
and it is common fault in this model
customer refuses to repair it because of high costs of replacing the panel and take
it without repairing
