Ping i traceroute. Dlaczego nie mogę do końca śledzić pakietów?

Nie rozumiem do końca czego ping poprawnie działa, a kiedy to samo chcę prześledzić traceroute, to nie mogę. Dla przykładu podam testy, jakie wykonałem:

Sytuacja ta jest zawsze z każdym testowanym adresem. Dlaczego nie mogę śledzić do końca ruchu pakietów?

Na którymś routerku po drodze są blokowane pakiety traceroute (icmp lub udp w zależności od wersji).
