[Rozwiązano] lg 47le5310 - with continuous beeping sound and shutting down

Hello,
i have lg 475310 , once plunged to power will start to beep none stop, then the set will come up and shut down , the funny thing is that the red light stop showing again, i tested the power and all voltage is fine, meanwhile this beeping sound is coming from the sensor board . only when i start the power through the main board, i noticed the main board ic F0513A voltage in one of the pin going up and down with the beeping sound. if anyone has the service manual please help
