led tv TOSHIBA 43U6663DB - green led is blinking 23 times

I have this tv in which the green LED flashes 23 times after that is a bit green and the cycle is repeated, does not take any command. It is equipped with mainboard: 17MB120 and 17IPS72 source, display VES430QNDL-2D-U11. The voltages delivered by the source I'm OK, the voltage on the backlight coupler is only 10.6V, it's not always BL ON. I tried updating the software but it did not change anything (did not "see" the stick), I suspect 17MB120. Maybe I met anyone this problem, thank you!

have you tried using the usb recovery software?
if you need, I can send you one! it's for another brand, but wih same main and panel

Maybe you used a Bad firmware , look for Main code (Vestel ... 8-digit) on white sticker
- Look at your number"s (* including this one (3rd) before ...DIJ)
