this software is for the LED50D3000ISX with serial number starting with G919B5B6
maybe your model has a different serial number, and the software is a little bit different: I presume, but I'm not sure

what's the serial number of your tv?

but, it's condor, led43c6000, assembled in algerie, and there is no support for condor.
