Samsung HG49EE694DK – gdzie znaleźć najnowszy firmware T-M14HKDEUCB dla hoteli?

Please does anyone have a latest version of Samsung TV HG49EE694DK Firmware T-M14HKDEUCB made for Hotels?
Mine is T-M14HKDEUCB-1007.0 and can't find any newest versions online to update it.
Somene claim on https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3899132.html#20083580 posted here on Elektroda that he receive an update directely from Samsung but he didn't post it, and the post is locked.
I try to contact him but no response.
The TV I have restarts every few hours to initial setup screen.
I've done factory reset trough service menu, Watch Dog Off etc but same situation.
I don't intend to use it on Hotel enviorment, but with a HDMI input that already can be selected and works, but same problem with rerstart on all inputs.
The TV was working fine before for many years only with a HDMI dongle.
Was purchased from a Hotel as a scrap after they upgrade teir TV's.
As it looks like a software issue, I hope that an update will fix the problem.
Also I look online for Firmware version 0000 [FW 0000] in order to downgrade it and after instal any version but still can't find this.

I managed to find the OTA and USB updates Firmwares T-M14HKDEUCB 1210.0 officially from Samsung Support that are not released on their TV update websites nor anywhere on the entire Internet.
Now... if someone needs them, I can share them.
