HP 250 G8 FPI50 LA-H329P rev 2 – laptop nie startuje, LED gaśnie po 5s, brak reakcji wentylatora

Hi everyone, I have this HP 250 G8, FPI50 LA-H329P rev 2, when I press the power button the power LED lights up for 5 seconds then turns off, the fan remains stopped, this also happens after unsoldering the UC2 bios chip, the voltages I only have +3.3v and +5v, on the UC2 bios I have these voltages: pin1-0.4v pin2-0v pin3-3.3v pin4-0v pin5-3.2v pin6-0v pin7-3.2v pin8-3.3v, I tried reprogramming the bios with different files but nothing happens, everything is the same, the battery is charged, I don't understand if it could be a problem with the kbc, has anyone had a similar problem?

You have already programmed the BIOS and no change → It is unlikely that the UC2 bone is to blame.
Lack of activity on the SPI lines (especially CLK = 0) suggests that the PCH does not get up - most often because KBC does not initiate the start sequence.
The most likely scenario in your case: damaged or empty KBC.

/Hi, thanks for the reply, I thought the same thing, I had suspicions about the KBC, now the wisest thing would be to reprogram the KBC and if it doesn't work you have to replace it, but I don't have a programmer for this, I only have a CH341 which doesn't allow this operation, buying a suitable programmer is very expensive, however I could try to redo the soldering, since when I tried to heat the KBC by measuring on the UC2 at pin 1 I find 3.2v but for the rest it remains the same][/postid:ca54a32716]
