Gdzie pobrać firmware do Thomson 32HD5506 (TCL), gdy TV wisi na logo?

Thomson 32HD5506 (TCL)Hi, I can't find the download link. Could someone please upload a working firmware to make the logo disappear from the TV? Thank you.
Is the TV stuck on the Thomson/TCL logo all the time, rebooting in a loop, or does it start normally after the logo?
The TV won't turn on, it needs an update.
Can you post the full sticker details from the back of the TV (serial/model code) and, if possible, the mainboard/chassis number from inside the set?

try it...

copy the file udpate.zip (don't unzip it!!) on an empty usb stick
insert the usb stick in the tv
while holding down the power button on the tv keyboard, plug the power cord
and continue to hold down the power button until the front led blinks
tv will update sw automatically, and shows popup menu to inform about the ongoing update

So format the USB to FAT32 and load the software without extracting it?
