Brak obrazu na Philips 170S4 FG/00Z po odblokowaniu OSD i zmianie języka

HY!

I have problems with my LCD Philips 170S4 FG/00Z.

Last week it stops working .
I could saw only OSD in japan language and it was locked.
I unlocked OSD and change language to english but there is no picture when i connect VGA.

I tryed on 3 different computers and nothing.
I change resolution, refresh...and nothing.

I did this upgrade to and didnt help:

I dont have service manual so i dont know where to start to look failer.

Can somebody please help me ??

It looks like software problem and I'm afraid if you don't have EEPROM and Flash binary files it seems like mission impossible...

Where can i get Flash binary? And where is eeprom located?

Elektroda/monitory "szukaj" (search) write 170s4 and press idz (go).

In my monitor there is eeprom 24C16A, which dump should i use and which programator??
Do i have to buy new chip 24C16a or i should erase the old one?
