1. Press the green (Select) button to continue.
2. Turn the printer off, and turn it on again.
3. Perform a cold reset.

. 2. Watch the control panel.
. 3. When the memory starts counting, press and hold the (Select) button.
. 4. Continue holding the (Select) button until the Ready, Data, and Attention lights flash once, and then stay on steady.
. 5. Release the (Select) button when the Ready, Data, and Attention light are on steady.
. 6. The control panel will display SELECT LANGUAGE .
. 7. Press (Down Arrow) button once. The control panel will display COLD RESET .
. 8. Press (Select). The printer will perform a cold reset and then continue its power-on sequence.
