Hansol 900P - zwężony raster i brak menu, potrzebny schemat naprawy

i also have one of these i found on the road last night

symptons
no raster no LT from lopt no drive

so
method is so far this i will use now

drop out the chassis to work on it and lay the tube on a towel
solder all {i had lots of dry joints and brockens in the big can mounted on the back of the chassis
with a meter - to chassis set to 200v dc range power up with main isolator and test for a pulse on each diode coming from the chopper
if no pulse check for low readings

the chopper chip has auto protection on any LT / HT rail coming from the chopper
and i also notice an isolator package
{also worth checking with a meter on diode range}

so if there is a pulse on all rails fine
next check all the diodes on the lopt to gnd for shorts and also check all the current limiters before the diodes

i will work on and post conclusion to repair of this

ill do it now

quite looking foward to adding three inch all round to my main area
for cad

ok so far i found these caps duff
and it now powers up and down with a no signal blue osd panel

c711 c727 c720
infact all the lower value caps ~10uF also the ones around the osd processor chip and the xtal for the processor i turned it round {old trick of the trade saves heeps of time and money if you just do this every time you get a dead set}

most of the low values
around lopt where all cooked
with c711 had pushed its head off {this is on the side of the chassis near the lopt and a kind of melted preset pot there is a little access hole}

so now ill get some 105 deg types for the ones i didnt have in the morning {i just used some slightly different values as a quick test soldered to the back}

and replace all the shrunk and any that smell or have the usual signs also

further i had to resolder quite a bit more near the cpu and infact just did another corner to corner sweep


but
no bad for a few mins work
