[Rozwiązano] Braun 5427 Cruzer 5 Head - identyfikacja spalonego rezystora i tranzystora BC 807-40

Witam wszystkich. Jak wyżej maszynka do włosów Braun. Problem polega na tym, że brak jest indykacji ładowania, oraz ładowanie do około 30% baterii. Po rozłożenia maszynki spalone dwa elementy (tranzystor BC807-40 smd i rezystor, którego nie mogę odczytać wartości). Jeśli ktoś ma schemat lub podobną maszynkę, proszę o pomoc w identyfikacji rezystora

Hi , I'm troubleshooting a Braun HC5010 and the main board is identical. In this unit R1 is a 33 Ohm 1206 package resistor. Hope this helps.

Hi, if you are still repairing the Braun hair clipper with the above mentioned main board, I think you might find this interesting. This is mainly with regards to the CCE7101 chip. I've noticed that even if the batteries are replaced, the MOSFET which drives the motor does not get turned on. It's as if this chip is preventing the device to turn on after a under voltage is detected. I came across this phenomena when searching for any data about this CCE7101 chip and saw this mentioned on one of the forums. Any how I thought I should put some experiment in to it and found out that when I momentarily connect the positive terminal of the battery through a 1k resistor (1k used for safety here in case I bust something) to the 2nd pin of the CCE7101 chip, the system kind of resets and is returned to normal operation. In my case I still have not replaced the batteries, I'll be trying to run them through couple of Charge-Discharge cycles hoping they would recover close to its rated capacity.
