after the upgrade/restore software procedure, the remote control may not work: you have to pair it with tv

the pairing procedure may change from a model to another, try this solution
tv in standby mode
press and hold the GREEN and RED buttons on the remote control for a few seconds: the standby led will blink 3/5 times to confirm the pairing
if it doesn't work, try again with the YELLOW and BLUE buttons, or YELLOW and GREEN buttons, eventually try with other combinations of the colored buttons
