Witam!
Chodzi mi w ogóle o pomoc i obsługę techniczną wbudowaną w system windows.
Dla informacji:
1)W rejestrze jest wszystko ok.
2)Patrzyłem na rozwiązywanie tego problemu na supporcie microsoftu... tu też wszystko jest ok.
3)W "Usługach" też wydaje się wszystko ok.
4)Po wciśnięciu w usługach "uruchom" pokazuje się komunikat:
5)Natomiast po wciśnięciu "pomoc i obsługa techniczna" w menu start niby nic się nie dzieje a po kilku minutach pokazuje się komunikat:
6) Nie wiem czy to ma coś do rzeczy ale inni też mieli takie problemy i coś tkwiło w logach (C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Logs\hcupdate.txt). Moje logi z dzisiejszego dnia:

Nie mam pojęcia dlaczego ale wszystkie logi są z tego samego dnia(?) Był to dzień instalacji ssytemu o ile dobrze pamiętam.
Co może być jeszcze nie tak?
