Panasonic Nv-Hs1000 ECP - Uruchamia się tryb testowy, ale wyłącza po kilku sekundach

Uruchamia się tryb testowy i tryb testowy, ale po kilkunastu sekundach się wyłącza (bez diody led).
Napięcia na złączach zasilania są niewłaściwe.

You didnot write whether you have power on p.5 (6,3V) of IC1104 and Q1102 C-6,3V B-6,1V E-5,4V.
You need to check the elements course from D1111 up to Q1102 ( the elements which contains a way from s3 transformer T1101 to p.11-12 connector P1102 ).

I found q1102 (2sd1996r)faultly, the pins 11-12 gives 1,5v

I think you checked nad removed this faultly element.
