Hello dear friends.
I also have a TOSHIBA 49SMRT19. On the net it says that it is BARSBET. I have never met anything like this before. It has a 17MB211S motherboard and a VES490UNDL-2D-N11 panel. The stby LED flashes permanently. I don't have anything useful in my archive. Can I find something with you? Thanks in advance.

1. Has anyone tried to repair the motherboard in the TV. There are traces of flux near the flash memory.
2. The indicated software is not supported by the motherboard. The stby LED flashes quickly but permanently.
3. It has t-con 6870c-0532b. The voltages on the t-con are correct. It was replaced with another trial one.
4. I replaced the motherboard with another 17MB211S. Missing osd and image.
5. I rewrote the new motherboard with the above software. Missing osd and image.
6. I tried to rewrite the panel profile (I have the correct profile) without seeing the image. I didn't succeed but I'll keep trying.
7. The panel does not appear to be broken and has no chipped corners.

DC converter problem

1. I have not yet replaced the ribbon between the main and the t-con.
2. When connecting and disconnecting the 2 ribbons between the t-con and the panel, the image is black, without osd, on the connected side.

L.E. It is possible, since troubleshooting has been attempted, that there was another motherboard model in it. Nothing useful can be found on Google.

Did you put the panel file in the PQ folder?

Yes. I put the files in the PQ folder. I know how to proceed. I rewrote the flash memory with more bins but still no image or osd. I want to try everything possible before saying that it is a panel defect.
I have a software in the archive (17MB211S panel VES550UNDL-2D-N11) for the stick but it does not solve the problem.

The problem is that the TV does not turn on. Has anyone tried to repair it. I'm not even convinced that the motherboard is identical to what the manufacturer put. I ordered another motherboard, another model, and which I know precisely fits this panel. Until then, I wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR.
