Samsung PS42A451 BO05 - TV samoczynnie się włącza i wyłącza co 30 sekund

My tv is a samsung plasma ps42A451 version BO05. After twice missing short power supply tv started after power on every 30 seconds "of turn" end turn on. When I set up the sevice menu item instead of "ready off" to "ready-on" tv began working steadily. Is that okay? I worried that it was not a protective mode and whether the service should? Thank you.

Problems is Main (Flash MX25L1605A ) or PSU (PSU can be checked separately on the table)
If y have still from Main PS_ON =5V and VS_ON (3.7V) from ctrl problem flash,
EEprom (IC5004-ATMLH834= AT24C256 ) must be write as FF

Thanks for the link and reply. Just one more question. When I was in the service menu changed option to "ready on" TV is operating normally. I found a post where they say that the option for TV with DVB-T tuner my TV is without this. Is it OK that this option remains "ready on"?
