4. czy zmieniałeś baterię np. stara była uszkodzona , lub rozładowała się kpl.
5. czy problem opisany masz od poczatku uzytkowanai laptopa czy wystąpił po czasie
- jesli wystąpił opisz kiedy i jakie zdarzenie to poprzedziło
6. jaki procesor masz zamontowany

2.) hold the power switch down on the computer for twenty seconds. This is called a "hard shut down" and will drain all the circuits of power.
3.) Reinstall the battery and leave the computer turned off but connect the power cord.
I found that the computer will charge the battery when turned off. The light where the cord plugs into the computer glows orange instead of white when charging. If it doesn't then go straight to the next step but that's the way It worked for me.
4.)When the battery is charged, (if it does) turn on computer and run the battery down a little so you can see the light turn from white to orange whenbattery starts charging and the problem is fixed.
5.) Download and install HP power Manager Utility software 2012-05-28 , Version:1.40, 7.15M from the Utility-Tools section of the online resources. This is sp57398.
As the software was installing I saw the light go from white (running on AC) to orange (charging) and now it is fixed.
